The Riera Marsá Group started acquiring residential plots in Warsaw in the year 2004 with the intention of creating a stable long standing development company.
All the investments have been made with own funds coming from Spain.

The current four projects come to a total development of 1.800 apartments.
Poland is the priority in the investment agenda of the Grupo Riera Marsá.

At the same time, the hotel division of the Group is analysing real estate plots for the development of hotels in Poznan, Warsaw and Wroclaw for the new implantation of the chain.
